Analysis Reports
Print media monitoring refers to the process of searching through a combination of traditional print media publications (newspapers, magazines, journals etc.) as well as digital publications (PDF & online publications), which are scanned into our database using the latest OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to identify keywords or search phrases provided to us by our clients.
How Analysis Reports Works
Media Analysis Reports can be used to track various KPI measures for commutation teams or PR companies that handle content creation. Reports can also be used to inform strategy, enabling decision makers to track trends in the media, possibly targeting sympathetic publications or journalist, or even to focus on the more negatively biased publications or journalist to change and influence the media narrative.
Reports can also focus on singular issues to provide insights into how a particular press release or announcement was received in the media and/or on social media and tracking the longevity and impact of the message.
The Novus Group media analysis methodology ensures objective, unbiased reporting and our data integrity ensures that our results are repeatable and consistent.
Once the data has been analyzed by our analysts, the data moves to our strategists who visualize the data in graphs. Our strategists then add context to the data, by writing out an executive summary as well as to provide context and insights into the coverage that is represented in the graphs that are presented.
